Opened with a welcoming speech from President Dr. Nazar Shabila, the event continued with lively songs and dancing, turning the university’s open area into a vibrant festival of unity and diversity.

On March 8th, the Student Life Office marked International Women’s Day with a simple but meaningful gesture—flowers wrapped with care and shared with every woman staff member at the university. A moment of appreciation that highlighted respect, gratitude, and community spirit at CUE.

Ramadan Iftar and Lent Gathering
Bringing together traditions of Ramadan and Lent, the Student Life Office hosted one of the biggest campus events, welcoming around 400 students, staff, and guests. With shared meals prepared for both fasts, the evening created a spirit of unity and respect, as participants gathered—many in abayas—to celebrate togetherness and cultural harmony.
