On Tuesday, October 17th, 2023, the Head of IT and CS department at the Catholic University in Erbil, Assist Prof. Dr. Firas Almukhtar had participated as a member of the discussion committee to discuss the doctoral thesis prepared by the student Saman Mohammad Omar under the name “An Efficient plant condition diagnosis using machine learning algorithms” . The discussion was conducted in the Department of Information Systems Engineering, at the College of Technical Engineering, at Erbil Polytechnic University.
