The university’s ambitions to become a leading education institution and a model in the Region of Kurdistan are key to excel in research. The University’s role in cutting-edge research is also important for local and global. Collaboration in the local community is fundamental for research and is used to support and grow society and between the universities and people, businesses and other universities.

The Research Center is responsible for ensuring consistency with the rules, practices and honest expectations of the University and of inscribers in performing research. In addition to the creation, application, administration and closing of honours, it offers guidelines and directions for the promotion, recognition, and safeguarding of financing capital. On this website, we have policies and procedures for the internal and sponsored research at the Catholic University. It notes interpretations, strategies, acceptance, administration, budgeting and audit processes and honest activities for research funding from both domestic and external sources.

The Catholic University is proud of groundbreaking, multidisciplinary research. We collaborate closely on world-class research, both with our professional and diverse faculties, which serve various colleges and departments. Their research is vertically integrated, encouraging students to take part. Our relationships with the faculty reach globally through the campuses of Catholic Institutions.

Our understanding of scientific knowledge still continues to grow. The influence of meaningful research underway was a significant reason for this developing perception. The extensive evidence-based information produced by empirical research in diverse and related areas has clearly demonstrated useful lessons for organizations in managing their operations.

Consequently, it continues to be important to develop evidence-based expertise, the power of scholarly academics in universities worldwide. The emphasis on research at universities has driven the development of research centres, with many focused on particular fields.

Research Centre @ Catholic University puts together profound thinkers from diverse techniques and disciplines to consider the wide spectrum of human emotions, behaviour, relationships and organizations. The Center, the world’s leading incubator for technology and human awareness, helps to collectively create a much greater future in academia, the business, civil society and the government.

The Center reports to the Chancellor of the University with respect to the organizational structure. The Center is headed by the Executive Director, with the assistance of the Assistant Director. PhD students and visiting scientists collaborate with faculty members to drive the Center’s research performance. The marketing experts are leading businesses that have cutting-edge research from a real-time corporate viewpoint.

The purpose of a research center is to encourage cooperation between faculty, scholars, students and corporate in order to improve research opportunities, academic excellence, solve real problems and build and disseminate information. The Executive Director encourages this relationship. In particular, the ultimate aim is to advance the arts, sciences and experience of research and learning in relation to the special elements of brand marketing and customer marketing. Integrating expertise from all related fields guarantees the most advanced statistical information to generate valuable and advanced knowledge.

As executive director of the Research Centre, I consider our University a critical strategy for investment in new fields of research in a range of disciplines which can threaten today’s classification of academics. The complexities of tomorrow call for creative and unorthodox methods that cross or break down classical boundaries.

I embolden the university faculty to focus on the modern problems of the research, socio-economics and advancement of technical advances, economic growth, competitiveness, new market economies, and good and productive management. The scope, size and consistent excellence of our research from diverse segments should be noteworthy.

Obviously, their ability to teach and conduct excellent research and to contribute in core research fields in different disciplines is a source of pride in Catholic University faculty. Around the same time, though, it is still necessary to provide society with information and guidance on policy recommendations that can be used. In these fields, we are also required to play an active part. In reality, the Catholic University faculty has various possibilities to contribute both in public and in the private sectors to the management and growth of today’s society.

For these aims, it is critical that the Catholic University faculty, scholars, administrators and research support personnel work together hard whilst retaining a high degree of public benefit contribution and high standing in their respective investigations.

The reality becomes more impossible to locate in the ever-growing complexity of the real world. We at the Catholic university will continue to pursue the truth and aspire, through our scholarly efforts, to support our society and the world community.

  1. Top researchers can also be top teachers. 

Faculty who take seriously their research programs often believe they don't care less about teaching and/or are lazy teachers. Instead, more researchers are specifically involved in the field and inspiring teachers, along with role models. Professors who pursue research actually understand the topics much better, particularly when it comes to advanced training courses and also topics, that they can illustrate the concepts much better to students.

  1. Courses at research universities often incorporate the latest research.

Faculties who engage in research are far more in touch with their specialized field breaking advances. This curriculum-comprising of both recent and explorations in order to make it a textbook-is most likely to be used in their courses. This produces much cooler and revised courses which are even more interesting than programs which incorporate what is already in the text book.

  1. The faculty can be more energized.

Usually, scholars at research universities make genuine findings and are often rewarded for their efforts. Research studies have shown, however, that some of the students’ best educational experiences do not take place in classrooms, but particularly in the form of traditional research study tasks, in their encounters with the non-class professor. These collective projects give students the ability to become writers and sometimes co-authors of articles or co-presenters at conferences which are a huge feather in everybody’s hat.

  1. There tend to be more—and more fine-grained—majors.

However, one gains being more academics and a broader variety of disciplines. The benefits of research universities may be drawbacks. Thus students are given many more opportunities for majors. On the other hand, the pupil could only find between 25 and 30 majors in a small campus. It's a smart decision.

  1. There are state-of-the-art facilities for research publication. 

Research universities should support top centers so that the research required by their faculty can be carried out properly. The university must also invest in greater libraries and other instruments required for research in numerous fields. Furthermore, the research faculty will receive different grants from states, corporations and numerous others to fund research costs, and most universities are required to receive them.

  1. Networking between students. 

It is usually in a somewhat unfavourable way to remember that research universities dedicate significant attention to train their students. Students may, however, benefit from socialization with graduate students. Graduate students are typically trained to mentor and guide undergraduates throughout their academic careers. And their dedication to research and their serious interest is also an outstanding example to comply with undergraduates.

  1. Students get a chance to take graduate courses.

There is nothing more gratifying for a pupil who is very interested and significant in a profession than taking a degree. These courses are both specialized and unique to some form of undergraduate study. And it may also be an incentive for students to make an important jump from capturing an area to actually advancing the area with their own findings.

  1. Students could get an advantage for admission to graduate and professional schools.

Graduate and technical colleges and centers seem to conclude that research university students are more eligible than students from smaller universities, particularly if research universities have faculties in the field who are well-known. Colleges and technical centers put greater interest in advice from scholars whose names they are familiar with. It is the world’s top scholars who are better known by initials.

  1. Students can network with distinguished and well-placed people in the field.

Scholars typically have outstanding ties and can help their students reach out to main players in the area. Many scientists are definitely going to accompany students to seminars and expose them to them in these days. This is a perfect way to complete a work or position by themselves in an environment.
