CUE Football Tournament Final Match

CUE Students Union, in collaboration with Student Affairs Department, organized a Futsal tournament for a period of 10 days. Five teams from different academic years participated in this in-house event.

The finals took place on Wednesday, 29 May, 2019, between (Mesopotamia team & Al-Jawiya team) in the presence of the university chancellor, academic staff and students. The very entertaining final ended with Mesopotamia beat 3-1 on penalties after the original time was finished 3-3.

At the end there was a prize ceremony with medals and cups that were given to both teams.
