CUE Students Visit Pepsi Manufacturing Plant at Hayat Company for Industrial Learning Experience

CUE conducted a Scientific Industrial Visit to Pepsi Manufacturing Plant (Hayat Company) for students of the Business Management and Accounting Departments that was coordinated by Asst. Prof. Manoj Sangisetti and Dr. Omer Terzibasi on April 27th, 2026. During the visit, students were given a comprehensive guided tour of the manufacturing facility, where they closely observed the production processes, raw material handling, and quality control measures. Experts from different departments, including accounting, human resources, sales, and food safety, delivered informative sessions explaining real-time operational practices.

Students gained practical insights into cost recording systems, logistics and transportation operations, and market distribution strategies. They also had the opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals, ask questions, and understand the challenges and best practices in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Therefore, Rebaz Hussain, HR Representative at Hayat Company, as an appreciation for CUE’s visit, mentioned, “We are pleased to support academic institutions in developing future professionals by sharing our practical knowledge and experience.”

The main objective of this scientific visit is to provide students with practical exposure to real- world industrial operations.
