CUE’s Nursing Department Conducts a Lecture at Um Al-Maouna Private High School

On November 27, 2024, Mr. Mehdi Mafakheri, Head of the Nursing department at CUE, conducted a seminar titled “Mental Health and Well-being: How to Manage the Stress During Exams?”. The seminar was organized to support Um Al-Maouna high school students in navigating the challenges of academic pressure. The seminar highlighted that exams can often lead to heightened stress and anxiety, impacting students’ mental health and performance.

This session aimed to provide practical strategies, foster a better understanding of emotional well-being, and create a supportive environment to help students build resilience, maintain balance, make habits of study, and approach exams with greater confidence and focus, as senior students prepare for their final ministerial exams.
