In January 2023, and for this Fall semester, the Student Affairs department and the ICT department of CUE organized an orientation for the new students. A series of meetings and workshops was conducted for the first stage students within each department to explain the CUE student affairs instructions and the Moodle system, for the departments of Pharmacy, IT&CS, Accounting, Architecture, MLS, International Relations, Business Management, and English Language. CUE staff conducted this orientation to help students learn more about CUE as their new academic year starts.
