Hawler Medical University visit

In December 2022, the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) welcomed the visit of a delegation from Hawler Medical University (HMU) headed by Prof. Dr. Nooraddin Ismail. Delegations from HMU’s College of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Health Sciences, and University directors were welcomed by CUE president and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Nazar Shabila.

The opportunities for mutual collaboration were considered during these visits, aiming to provide the best education and academic experience for both institutions. During the last month, CUE and HMU have had two shared symposiums, sharing the two institutions’ works and reflections on specific social, medical, and scientific topics.
