National Kurdistan Flag Day

December 17 marks the “National Kurdistan Flag Day”. On this occasion, the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) celebrated this day through a flag-raising ceremony, listening to and reciting the Kurdish national anthem. Some CUE students and staff members celebrated today by wearing traditional Kurdish clothes.

The Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) consistently seeks to promote understanding and cohesion between all community components, supporting peace in the region.
