Research, Researcher, Supervisors Ethics
On February 23rd, 2022, the Quality Assurance at the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) organized a seminar entitled “Research, Researcher, Supervisors Ethics,” presented by Dr. Mohammad Gouse Galety, IT & CS Department.
The seminar was attended by CUE’s President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Riadh Francis and the Vice-President of Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Iqbal Gorgis and CUE’s academic staff.
During the seminar, Dr. Mohammad discussed research, researcher, ethics. When researching subjects, minimize harms and risks and maximize benefits; respect dignity, privacy, and autonomy; take special precautions with vulnerable people, and strive to distribute the benefits and burdens of research fairly.
At the end of the seminar, Dr. Mohammad answered all the raised questions by the attendees. Quality Assurance Awarded Dr. Mohammad Gouse a certificate of appreciation for his diligent work and the remarkable information provided to the CUE faculty.
