Salahaddin University and Syriac Language Directors visit

In November 2022, the Catholic University in Erbil (CUE) welcomed the visit of a delegation from Salahaddin University, headed by Dr. Kamaran Younis, President of Salahaddin University. CUE President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Nazar Shabila welcomed the delegation. During the visit, areas of future mutual collaboration in education, scientific activities, and research were discussed. Furthermore, both university presidents expressed their desire to collaborate and work together for the advancement of both institutions.

This visit was followed by a visit from the head and faculty of the Syriac Language Department, College of Education to discuss fostering mutual academic relations in Syriac language studies.
